Aranwen's Jewelry red beaded Goddess necklaceVicky is an independent artisan from Greece that found her roots in jewelry making in December, 2007.  After many years of studying Computer Science, Networking and Telecommunications Vicky decided it was not the path she was meant to take and sought out the freedom to partake in something more creatively fulfilling.

I stumbled upon Vicky’s Etsy shop over a year ago when I was perusing the web for ornate steampunk jewelry. The first thing that really captured my attention was her various silver and brass steampunk wrist cuffs. I had never seen anything so intricate. The skill involved in crafting such beautifully detailed work instantly intrigued me and led me to check out the rest of her shop, and I’m so glad I did.

Vicky specializes in a number of steampunk, Gothic and Victorian  pieces that range from watches, earrings, chokers, to pendants and even embellished rings and brooches. Vicky soon hopes to craft each piece with a rare form of wax and metal working technique that she acquired while taking a jewelry class that she attended in 2011. Aranwen’s Jewelry is always committed to producing unique jewelry that not only evokes a sense of old time romance but that also withstands the test of time.

Ashley of Hollywood Noir Makeup wearing a steampunk inspired gold and brown smokey eyeI contacted Vicky about doing a spotlight on her company and she graciously sent me the Gothic angel wing earrings that I wore in my steampunk make up tutorial as a way to say thank you. I did not expect this gesture of kindness at all, but her generosity left a lasting impression on me and it made me feel even more proud to share her absolutely stunning art work with all of you.
